Help Us Say Goodbye to Our Dad with Love and Dignity

Hi, my name is Rosalie, and I’m creating this fundraiser to help cover the upcoming funeral and memorial expenses for my father.

Just a month ago, my dad was diagnosed with liver cancer—two tumors were found, one of them measuring 14 cm. Doctors originally gave him 4 to 5 months to live, but his condition is progressing much faster than expected.

He now needs full assistance with all daily activities 24/7. My mom and I have been his primary caregivers—she helps during the day while I’m at work, and I care for him in the evenings and on my days off. A few nights ago, he was rushed to the hospital due to shallow breathing. He’ll be returning home on June 14, 2025, under hospice care, with a hospital bed and end-of-life support.

Hospice believes he may only have a couple of weeks left.

I am the main financial provider for our family, and as we prepare to say goodbye, I’m trying my best to ease the burden on my mother. My dad was a great family man with a heart of gold. He was the kind of person who would give you the shirt off his back without hesitation. He was always there for others, offering love, support, and laughter when we needed it most. As we prepare to say goodbye, I want to make sure he receives the peaceful, dignified farewell he deserves.
