Team Hope Island F45 has joined up with Gold Coast Gold FM & Give Me 5 for Kids to help raise money for the much needed children's wards of our local Hospitals.
To make things fun we have decided to join Gold FM and chain our beloved trainers together to a hospital bed on June 28th at Tweed Heads Hospital. We need at least $1000 to unlock the chains and save Emma from Ryans bad dad jokes haha.
To give a little more as we know you members love to get revenge on your trainers, we as a team will do as many burpees as dollars raised in our next trainers super challenge.
All funds raised will go to purchasing vital equipment & ensuring sick children receive the best possible care whilst in hospital.
