Team Jude

Hello my name is Scott and I’m asking for help to to provide the medical needs that my son Jude is going to need once he is released from the hospital.

Jude is a 12yr. Old!

He was severely injured in a ATV accident on July 7th. And has had flown by helicopter to the Tampa general hospital . Over the first 4 days he went through 4 surgeries to try to save his lower right leg from being amputated. We ask of you to pray for him and our family as this has been the hardest thing that we have ever faced in our lives. He endured a 9 hr surgery on July 13th. During the surgery the plastics team Meticulously transplanted a muscle and skin flap from his large lateral muscle from his back. The incision runs the entire length of his right shoulder vertically, and if that wasn’t enough they also took skin graphs from the entire upper right thigh to transplant to the lower right leg that has substantial soft tissue damage And he has been in intensive care ever since. He keeps getting blood transfusions on a daily basis

There is still no guarantee that he will ever have use of the lower right leg or foot and may still need to have it amputated.

Ether way you look at it he will have disability’s and will need special care.
