Getting my kids back after repeated trauma CAS

I'm a single mom of two beautiful boys - Ethan and Kian.

Ethan has ADHD and a learning disability. Kian lives with severe cerebral palsy and hearing impairment. Thunder Bay CAS illegally apprehended Kian under the child welfare act after a motor collision which was not my fault. On March 11, 2022 my life changed instantly - I lost my kids to Toronto CAS, and sustained spinal cord injury and concussion. I want to hire a legal defence team to sue Toronto CAS and Thunder Bay CAS. They have continued to support domestic violence, which violates #KierasLaw.

I have had to relocate to BC because it is the only province in Canada that protects the rights of Indigenous Peoples outside of Canada.
