Get Ryan Going

Ryan was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy as a baby. He is 13 now, and as his muscles are wasting away, so is his mobility and independence. Now fully reliant on a power wheelchair, Ryan is transferred to and from his chair using a hoist, as this is the only safe way to move him. This means that Ryan can no longer enjoy some of the things he loves the most, such as holidays, days out, camping trips, visiting family and the occasional night in a fancy hotel! We are fundraising for equipment to make it possible for Ryan to live as full a life as possible by doing the things he loves the most.
