Challenge 100 - Stay Healthy & Help the Homeless

Tax deductible
The Challenge 100 is born out of a critical need to stay emotionally and physically healthy during self-isolation at home whilst helping those most in need in our community.

Many of us have already chosen (or been forced) to self-isolate. Whist these measures are being taken to protect us and others from the virus, it creates its own challenges for our mental and physical well-being. It's crucially important that we keep a routine and continue to stay active.

At the same time, there are many people in our communities who don't have the luxury afforded to us in our homes. Over the coming days we will witness a sharp surge in homelessness, as people are unable to secure housing due to being out of work. Not only that, with many homeless people having existing underlying health issues, their ongoing lack of shelter makes them more vulnerable than ever to Covid-19.

The Challenge 100 is our attempt at an antidote.

Every day for the next 31 days you commit to the following:  Day 1: 100 press-ups and 100 sit-ups. Day 2: 100 air squats and 100 mountain crawls.  Continue to alternate until the 31 days are up. You don't have to do them all in one go - they can be spread over the course of a day.

When your daily challenge is complete, jump on your GoFundMe app and donate £5 (or what you can afford) to Wycombe Homeless Connection who are doing incredible work for the homeless during these most turbulent of times.

Mountain Crawl - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PWLRlrTt-nU

So, my personal goal over the next 31 days will be to do collectively 1,600 press ups, 1,600 sit ups, 1,500 air squats and 1,500 mountain crawls and raise £155 for Wycombe Homeless Connection  in the process.

I'll be doing my session each day over my lunch-break on Instagram live  at 12.30pm to prove that i'm not slacking! My Instagram is here

Remember. Life is truly a boomerang - what you give you get.
