On the 6th of September one of my closest friends gave birth to her beautiful baby girl Harley.
Sadly Harley was born with 1 large and one small hole in her heart which has left the right side of her heart in failure, so therefore she is going to need open heart surgery to correct this.
If that isn’t enough for one tiny baby she then got very poorly recently which has now left her with fluid in her lungs, rhinovirus and other medical complications which have not been diagnosed as of ye as she has not stable enough for the doctors to investigate. Very soon she will have to have a keyhole operation to have dye put in her heart so they can find out why Harley is so poorly.
Everyday is a battle for Harley as she faces her many complications. She has to have a breathing tube, feeding tube, catheter and she is hooked up to many lines going into her veins and arteries to try and make her as comfortable as possible.
With her mummy & daddy’s permission I have set this page up with hope that we can all try and raise some funds to help them up in Liverpool.
They have been placed in a Ronald McDonald charity accommodation but they still have their own bills, rent and food costs to cover which sadly is becoming an extra problem for them which is causing extra added stress which is the last thing they need at this time.
