Hi all,
As part of the Mental Health Matters society at Sheffield University I'm partaking in dry January this year, raising money for Sheffield Mind. Mind are a really important mental health charity, who do some fantastic work reducing the stigma surrounding mental health, supporting people who are struggling.
This is a really important issue; and whilst awareness of mental health issues has seen improved in recent years, suicide rates have continued to increase particularly among men and young people.
