Hello, my name is Rene Anand. I am a professor and neuroscientist at the Ohio State University College of Medicine and Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. My laboratory works on stem cell biology and I am one of the team leaders trying to raise research funding through this crowd sourcing site for diseases you and I will face in life.
Partner with a team of passionate scientists and well wishers trying to reduce the burden of brain diseases.
Currently there are no cures or even reasonable clinical treatments for any of these highly prevalent diseases .
Our approach will allow us to test drugs and therapies on these novel stem cell derived brain tissues and reduce the need for unneccessary clinical trials and human suffering.
