On the night of March 29th, 2016 my brother Adam suffered a devastating fire to his apartment complex in Brooklyn, NY. The fire started in the building next to his and quickly grew to a 6 alarm inferno that spread to his building and 4 other buildings on his street. His building, apartment and personal belongings are severely damaged and not salvageable. The above floor and roof collapsed and fell into his apartment. Thankfully he got out with no injuries but he is now without anything, just the clothes he had on when he had to evacuate.
Any donations would be very helpful, a little can go a long way for basic items such as shoes, clothing, etc, basic every day needs that he no longer has. I understand not everyone can donate, but if you can at least share this, that is helping just the same. Hopefully this will jump start a quick recovery and he will be able to replace the items he needs most at this difficult time.
