Garden furniture for patients in recovery

We have set up this page to give a little something to the patients at The priory hospital in Bristol. Many of you know that Maisie has been unwell with her mental health and Anorexia for two and a half years now, the illness and pain of living with mental health issues is devastating, to watch your loved one suffer and to feel helpless to help her is heartbreaking. This is where we would like to try and make a difference and it would mean so much if anyone would like to donate a small amount to help do that. Maisie is in Bristol in an eating disorder unit at the priory hospital, she has been in there six months and they have been the kindest most caring team of professionals we could wish for to care for our Mais and keep her safe. Each day is challenging and tough, recovery is raw and takes so much strength. Between all the hard times are times of much needed comfort and unfortunately due to covid lots has changed. We could not visit for four months and now when we visit we have so see our lovely girl outside in the garden area along with many other families seeing their loved ones. This is where we would love to make a difference, the garden furniture is very tired and not much of it, so when we visit its not the most comfortable after a two hour drive and not great for the patients and all the other families in the same position as us. The patients have to sit together post meals and during the summer months if this was something they could all do together in the sunshine it would make some really tough days just a little easier and give them so much deserved comfort. So many of you have shown myself and Maisie so much love and your support helps us all so very much.
