After being diagnosed with Crohn's disease 7 years ago, this December it took a turn negatively. Crohn's disease is chronic inflammatory bowel disease that affects the lining of the digestive tract. The complications from this disease are sometimes very extreme and that is what I'm experiencing. Now I have been unable to actually work for the last 2 months and I've been hospitalized 3 times which has created financial strain on top the physical and mental damage. I even had to have a  nasogastric tube during my last hospitalization. Medical expenses are beyond overwhelming even with health insurance and life has been drastically changed for me in the last 2 months while waiting for insurance approval for extensive treatment through infusions. Infusion treatment itself is very scary and expensive ....Any help & support is appreciated as I try to get better but also bring awareness about Crohn's disease and the strain it can cause on people's lives and the ones that love them ❤️
