One Year Sober

Hi everyone!

Despite my initial reservations I’m going through with it, and 2020, I’m doing the whole 12 months sober.

I’m hoping to raise money for refuge in doing this. Refuge opened the first refuge in West London in 1971. Since then they have grown to support almost 5,000 women and children every day, experiencing domestic and sexual violence, female genital mutilation, forced marriage, stalking, trafficking, prostitution and so-called 'honour' based violence.

Money donated can also support stays for women and children fleeing abuse and violence, and Refuge run various refuges, community-based projects, culturally-specific services, and support for women going through the criminal justice system.
