My Volunteer trip to Cambodia

Donation protected
My name is Zoe Watson, and I am currently in my second year of university studying Sociology and Criminology at the University Of Essex, England.

I found out about Reach Out Volunteers in one of my lectures and thought that this would be an amazing opportunity to travel and be able to help disadvantaged people and help rehabilitate rescued elephants. I will be traveling to Cambodia on the 27th June 2015 and staying there for two weeks, just outside the city in Siem Reap. In these two weeks myself and other volunteers will be building a house for a Cambodian family and caring for over-worked elephants by washing them and planting food for them on an elephant reserve.

Reach Out Volunteers have invested over one million pounds into developing countries, and have built 18 houses for impoverished families, created sources of local food such as fishing ponds, built animal enclosures and planted sustainable vegetable gardens which benefit entire villages. The reason this has been achievable is because of volunteers like myself along with the small donations by you. Every donation will go towards my Reach Out program, which includes my accommodation and food, along with my flights. Just click “donate now” to make a donation, every little helps! Please take your time to watch the You Tube clip I have posted on this page, which will tell you more information on the programme I am taking part in, also you can visit www.rovolunteers.com to view the work Reach Out Volunteers have done to ‘change the world one village at a time’.

Thank you!
