Medical volunteer trip to Nicaragua

I have been offered a once in a lifetime volunteer position at the NDI clinic in Ometepe Nicaragua! The cost for me to go is a little expensive and with only a couple months i could use all the help i can get! All donations that i recieve will help me be able to bring over vitamins/essential oils/herbal teas/pre-natal vitamins and basic all natural medicines!
This small village is very underdeveloped and lack the basic everyday necesities we take for granted! NDI is a non for profit organization and continues to thrive through volunteers like myself (our money we pay to go mostly goes to the clinic to keep operating year long)!
The people of Ometepe wait blocks just to be seen for a simple rash/back pain/htn/diabetes! Its NDI goal to be able to teach the people that thru natural sustinance they can become healthier without the stress of having a hospital 4hrs away-mostly which they cannot afford!
As many of you know i thrive on giving back! I will continue to do fundraisers for worthy causes! My friend has reached out and given this opportunity to me to be able to go! I fully funded this trip myself with the support of my husband! Any and all donations will go directly to the people of Ometepe by me purchasing them here and bringing them over with me April 25th!
I have always had tremendous support through CFD-family and friends! Any donations of any amount wld be greatly appreciated! 5$ could buy a multivatamin for a child for a month! 10$ cld get a prenatal vitamin for a woman for 3months! Water filters/toothbrushes/bandaids the most simple of things!
