FUN-raiser for Our Beloved Suzette

If you've found your way to this page, chances are you know and love Suzette (if you don't, boy are you missing out!).

 

We've created this FUN-raiser because we believe that prayer matters, makes a difference and deserves to have an exchange that allows those who practice it as a life path to still be able to function in our modern society. Suzette is a beloved who has and continues to devote her life to prayer, to the Sacred Fire, to community and to the Earth herself. Because of who she is and the life path of prayer and service she has chosen, she is now in a place where her finances are strained and she could use our help. If you know Suzette, the chances that you have been helped by her are pretty great. Now is our opportunity to give back.

 

Due to physical pain and declining health initially due to Lymes and now exacerbated by mold in the place she has been living for the past several years, it has become increasingly harder for Suzette to work (which means the money is slim, folks!). She also has some work that she needs to do on her truck, dental work she is paying for out-of-pocket, vet bills and needs to find another place to live - none of which is cheap. We believe that Suzette deserves to have peace of mind when it comes to her finances, and so we are asking you to search your heart and give whatever feels possible and aligned for you so that she can know that she is held and that all the prayer and ceremony that she has dedicated herself to over the years has not gone unnoticed.

 

And why a FUN-raiser? Because, like Niko, Suzette loves to play and have fun (and so do we)! So, in addition to this GoFundMe, we've also got a fabulous silent auction that some incredible local artists are contributing to - with all the proceeds going to help Suzette. We will also be having two live events on zoom as a part of this FUNraiser! Suzette is so excited to gather together and see everyone - even just online. The first event will be a love-up Suzette hour and our official launch for the silent auction on Sunday the 12th from 5-6pm EST. This will be us gathering in a "zircle" to see each other, to hold Suzette in the center of our love and to just share from our hearts. The second event will be a Holiday Community Celebration to close out the silent auction on the 19th from 4-6pm EST, where we will gather together in song, prayer and celebration for our beloved Suzette.
