Lawyer fees to help with full orde of protection

Someone killed my ex husband( but still my lover ever since we divorced 4yrs ago), today 12/30/2020, looking for any help to cover funeral expenses.. we are going to cremate his remains and would appreciate any help for this loving, caring, gentle man and father of 2 teenagers, 1 boy (16) 1 girl (13).
Now that we've our first court hearing for the order of protection he was there with his lawyer, his sister. His lawyer talking a bunch of things I could barely understand which is why I'm wanting to hire a lawyer to go after him all the way. He's wanting to get his full benefits from the national guard and he needs to be discharged. So I'm gonna try to fight him legally and go full blown order of protection bc then the guard will kick him out. So plz if u can help with attorney fees I really appreciate it. If not, I understand, times are still hard, but plz pray and keep praying we get everyone involved and our kids stay safe!! With every being in my soul, thanks to all!!
