On behalf of my best friend Renee Mendez Hernandez and the entire family of Carl Mendez, I am asking for donations to help offset the cost of funeral expenses to help bury their Father. 

Carl Mendez was hospitalized a couple weeks ago because of complications due to Covid. He put up a fight to stay with his family but this horrendous disease was just too strong. It took a toll on his body and even though he beat it, the damage was too great. To those who knew him, He was one to stand up for the little guy and one who was there for those who needed him. He was the man on the Westside always dressed to the 9s, rain, sleet or snow. His children were proud to call him Dad.  We ask that you keep his family in your prayers.
