Funds for FOIA

TCAPS Board and Executive Team will not tell us what they have been doing with our taxpayer dollars.  The only information we have has come from records that TCAPS was required to produce under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).  Unfortunately, TCAPS is now charging for these documents.  Because the information coming out of these documents benefits the entire public, we are asking our supporters to consider chipping in to help cover the costs.  Thank you!
