Funds for baby DJ’s surprise arrival!

Hello Friends and Family, 

My very good friends, who are more like family, Amber and Andrew,  had the unexpected joy of meeting their baby boy Dylan James Blanchard, 12 weeks early, on August 8th. He was born weighing 2lbs 4oz and 14.2 inches long. He’s a very strong and healthy boy for being so early! Although he’s a very healthy boy, he’s still so little and premature. They will be spending the next 3 weeks or so in San Francisco at CPMC, then they will go back to Sutter in Santa Rosa for baby DJ to spend the next 6 weeks after that before they can take him home. It's going to be a long road and I'm trying to raise some money to help support their family through this tough time. Amber and Andrew are not the ones to ask for help, but financial hardship should not be what they need to be worrying about. We are asking for prayers and donations to help baby DJ’s parents travel to him to provide milk regularly as well as be involved in his cares and participate in skin to skin contact. These things are extremely important to a preemies progress and we appreciate any help as well as prayers sent their way!
