Funding for carpet

My son has special needs and we have been in my flat 7 years. We have been waiting for a management move for 4 years so he can have his own room and access to a garden to let off steam..we are currently waiting on hes EHC plan to be done after xmas. Hes at school only an hour and a half a day..  I'm a single mum of 3 children and my youngest has also problems to which we in and out of hospital...she is 9 months old and is crawling everywhere.. I'm getting the buts week by week as in curtains paint nets rails but I don't have funds to carpet my house..for it to be carpet top to bottom with everything and to fit it...its going to cost me £2,000 and this is the cheapest I have found..so I've set up a go fund me page in order for faith hope n good spirit that people can help me out ..... many thanks pealling family xx
