Fund to save´Steve and his family
Spende geschützt
Dear friends,
I have been living in Venezuela for the past 28 years. During that time I have been owning clients and operating a small 8 person fishing camp, which while it provided my family and I with a comfortable living, there was never much left over at the end of each year. In 2013, I was forced to close my business due to all the international airlines refusing to fly to Venezuela, which stopped my clients from being able to come down. Then the local government reduced the fuel ration for outlying regions, so I could no longer buy gasoline and diesel for the camp.
Until recently I have been blocked from taking my equipment out from the fishing camp by corrupt officials and the thugs that work for them. i have worked out a deal with the local bosses to extract my things, but I do not have the funds to pay the truck to pick it up. I want to sell that equipment and get my family out of this country.
All donations received will be used to hire a 7500 hydralic truck to make the eight hour trip to my fishing camp, load all equipment, and return to my home in the town of Upata. This trip will also require I pay and feed four strong men to assist in loading the equipmentn. Unfortunately, nothing is cheap here, but with your help I am hoping to turn this living nightmare around for my family and I. Making this request has been the hardest thing I have ever done, but circumstances dictate I must do something.
Thank you,
Steve Shoulders
