Fund raiser for MCHLN

This is Philip Cooles here and I am attempting the Edinburgh half marathon this September to raise funds for the small local charity, Mearns and Coastal Healthy Living network. It provides support for older people in the our largely rural community, by providing volunteer services such as shopping, hospital transport, walking groups, gardening groups, dementia friendly cinema, helping with oddjobs, medication delivery etc. It has been especially important during the pandemic when it has helped many get through difficult times. Finding funding is an ongoing challenge and every donation is important to enable us to continue providing these services.
