On December 3, 2018, Judy Acker-Smith was rushed to the hospital after experiencing a tingling in her arm and a feeling of confusion.  A scan confirmed a tumor in her brain that was later diagnosed as glioblastoma multiform (GBM), the most aggressive and lethal form of brain cancer.  With the tumor being deemed inoperable, Judy's treatment plan is centered around 6 weeks of radiation and chemotherapy.  In addition, she has begun a strict regimen of natural supplements and an organic, plant-based diet to help boost her immune system in order to keep those cancer cells from replicating.

We continue to pursue second opinions that may adjust her treatment plans, but we will keep you posted.
