Fund for Costa Rica Service Project

Hi everyone! My name is Hailey Benner and I really want the opportunity to go on a Costa Rican service project. The project is through a program called Adventures Cross Country where I would go on a two week adventure. I would really love this opportunity because I would have the chance  to work on critical building projects, teach kids English, and help on a Costa Rican farm. I would also have the opportunity to learn about their culture and traditions. Through the two weeks I would total thirty hours of community service. In addition, I would be able to explore the Costa Rican Rainforest through ziplining and whitewater rafting. I think this would be a really good experience for me because witnessing a different culture would really open up my eyes. I am very interested in traveling the world and I think being able to help people's lives while doing it would be heartwarming and surreal. I am planning to leave June 28th through July 11th this coming summer. Learning support and help from family and friends means so much. Going on this adventure is only the start for me. I would love the chance to travel the world and help more people and communities and learn the traditions of different cultures.
