Lily Fugate's Medical Bills

Lily is a brave little girl that has been sick for a long time. This sweet little girl has been in and out of the hospital for years with reocurring health problems and now is in need of a kidney transplant.  Lily's family knew that she would eventually need a kidney when she was older but she now needs this transplant as her symptoms have suddenly gotten progressively worse.
Several months ago Lily's parents and family reached out through social media hoping they would find a kidney donor.   
Their prayers were answered when Lily's mom, Sarah came back as a perfect match for Lily.  As she has waited to become healthy enough for surgery Lily is on dialysis.
On October 26th, 2016, Lily and her mother will undergo the transplant surgery that will save Lily's life.  Both Lily and Sarah need to rest and recover.  
This money will help this amazing family of five (Lily has two middle school aged brothers who are there for her everyday, and an incredibly hardworking, loving and kind dad, Josh) to take time off of work in order to take care of precious little Lily and her mama, Sarah.
We as their friends and family have struggled to find ways in which we can really help them through this hard time.  We are asking for your help to raise money for their medical bills,  food, gas (hospital is a 30 minute drive one way) the time Josh, who is self employed, will need to take off work to care for not only his daughter but also his wife.
