Save the Croatian Community Centre from the Board

HELP!!! We need money to assist us in removing every member of the Board.
The Croatian Community Centre (Qld) ("The Club") has been in operation since the 1970's and has ties with other Croatian Community Centre's in an around Australia and the world.
The Club was started by a group of proud, hard working and honest Croatians. The vision was to be part of the Australian Community while also providing a place for Croatians to gather, support each other and provide assistance to each other while continuing to celebrate our Croatian heritage and culture.
We are a group of proud and honest Croatians with fond memories of our time at The Club.
Independence and freedom of speech were key values of The Club. However, it is unfortunate that the current Board's recent actions are in conflict to what The Club and Croatian people stand for.
It needs to stop!
Thus the reason for this Go Fund Me Page.
The current Board of Directors have voted themselves in without a proper vote. It was promised by a current board member (on public radio) that a meeting would be held by the end of March.
It it now May and nothing! -Except another broken promise!
Numerous letters and requests for copies of information and documents have been requested through our solicitor and by individuals and to date despite the requests, they have been denied or ignored.
For the last few years, the Board :-
* has failed to provide documents or information about the financials to the members;
* has failed to provide copies of audited financials to the members;
* has failed to update membership status's despite taking money for memberships
* removed people as members without notice or reason
* have failed to account in the financials records for cash collected for memberships
* has failed to be transparent to all members
* has verbally, physically and aggressively restricted access to members and other invitees to The Club
* failed to conduct a proper Annual General Meeting with proper voting
* has failed to act in the best interests of the Croatian Community Club (Qld) and its members
*has changed the membership process and failed to advise anyone what the new process is
* has removed all links from the website for people to become members
* has failed to keep accurate and up to date information filed with ASIC
# Has failed to provide and show proxies to its members as stated it would
The only way forward is to bring the Board Members to account and the first step is to remove them.
We need your help!
We need money to assist us in removing each and every member of the Board. We need to commence Court action as soon as possible!
We have a solicitor helping us and now need a team of barristers.
We need the current Board removed!
We need to save our Croatian Club and bring Croatians back to the Croatian Club.
