Fore The People Organization is raising money for our Share The Warmth Blanket Drive. The cost of new blankets are $12 each. We would like to give out 100 Blankets to the homeless in Victorville. It is going to be a cold winter.
Fore The People (FTP) was founded in 2020 in response to the murders unarmed Black people across the nation. FTP is a national organization, headquartered in the High Desert, CA whose mission is to eradicate white supremacy and institutional racism by building local power. FTP intends to combat acts of violence, inequities in education, provide advocacy for marginalized individuals and groups, and fight racism and discrimination.
We are a collective group of freedom fighters and activists who believe that marginalized people need to be supported and united to obtain our freedom, justice, and equality. We also believe that Black people need fair, safe, and equitable learning spaces in order to thrive and put an end to the school to prison pipeline. We are a movement that advances issues affecting our community to the forefront. The time is now!
Through our community work and activism, we will bring positive change to the High Desert and other communities across the nation in our fight for justice.
