Stand Against Frivolous Employer Lawsuit

The California School Employees Association (CSEA) terminated a 13-year employee and accused him of hacking their computer systems.  The lawsuit is frivolous and full of false statements and conjecture.  Vi Tran did not engage in the behavior he was accused of.  CSEA has blown this situation wildly out of proportion by not only terminating him, but by filing a lawsuit against him for $100,000.00.  They are also suing his co-worker who resigned due to the harassment for $50,0000.00


What kind of employer sues their employees?  This is a union!



This isn't about the money.  This is about covering up for their false flag narrative that they were "hacked." 



CSEA will waste members’ dues to sue two employees for something they both categorically deny.  CSEA does not need the money.  This is about vengeance and political positioning.  



The staff union for CSEA, the Association Employees Union (AEU) is trying to help him out by raising the funds for his legal bills.  Vi can lose everything he has worked for due to the pettiness of those at the top.  



AEU his union, and his co-workers state-wide are asking for donations so he can defend himself from this attack.  



CSEA has started a vicious game with dangerous results.  We must stand up to any employer that attacks their own workers this way.
