Running for Autism - 103.3km in 7 days

I am running to raise funds for a charity which is meaningful to me called “Friends of Woodlands School”.

The Woodlands School is a school for children and young people with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or a Social Communication difficulty, from the age of 4 to 19.

The raised funds will be put towards providing additional resources, enhancing environments and treats for the pupils, e.g. seasonal gifts.

I will be running to raise funds. The 7 day run schedule will begin on the 29/04/25 and finish on 05/05/25 with the final day being the MK MARATHON!

The Schedule will be as follows:

Tue - 7.5k

Wed - 5k

Thu - 7.5k

Fri - 10k

Sat - 10k

Sun - Half Marathon 21.1k

Mon - MK Marathon 42.2k

This will total to exactly 103.3km (64.1 miles) in SEVEN days!

The runs will be shared through email and on Facebook for everyone to see each day so you can view the progress.
