Our dear friend Melody Nunez recently suffered a heart attack and underwent heart surgery. Melody is a Boston Harbor parent and single mother of three wonderful children. Melody works independently as a house cleaner to support her family. She is hardworking, kind, caring and right now needs our support. She was told by her doctor that she cannot work for three months and needs to rest in order to recover. Additionally, Melody has to take 7 different medications daily, one of which is $500 alone, and does not have health insurance.

To support Melody and her lovely family during this tremendously difficult time, we are collecting funds to assist with immediate expenses. All funds collected here will be directly deposited into Melody’s account and will be used to cover rent, medical bills, medication, as well as short term living expenses.
