Friend’s of Chris O’Shea Night Nurses 5k walk run

We are planning a 5k walk/jog/run your way/in pods on Thursday 1st July  at 7p.m. 
Meet in Banna car park for laughs, walking, jogging and no doubt some huffing and puffing!  
All welcome.

We are a group of friends who lost our dear and  funny friend Chris, seen here on the left, to Breast Cancer in May 2020. This photo was taken in July 2019 in Bere Island when we all took part in a 5k run. Chris, was very impressed and empathic with the Night Nurses service.
Night Nurses provide end of life care for cancer patients and their families in their own home free of charge. They can provide extra support to you and your loved one during what can be a difficult and anxious time.  Chris, selfless to the bitter end,  expressed a wish that we, her walking buddies fundraise for the Night Nurses service.
