Friends from Ukraine

The horrors of Ukraine will be familiar to all of you. Millions have fled and the UK has offered sanctuary to too few. We have, however, been able to welcome Elena and her daughter, Viktoria who call Dnipro their home. Roman (husband/Dad) has remained in Ukraine to play his part.

Since arriving in the UK, Elena and Viktoria have not only been a delight to host but have been amazingly pro-active in adjusting to life here.

We will continue to support them in any way we can but we are also keen that they have at least a degree of financial independence so that they can lead a life as close to normal as possible. Our target is not big and if you would like to donate a sum, however small, we (and they) would be very grateful.
