F.R.E.E. Fitness Trainers

Hi everyone,

Our mission at F.R.E.E. Fitness is to care for people’s health. With the growing cases of Covid-19 in Alberta, thousands of individuals are at significant risk if we choose to do nothing. The risks increase should these infections develop and spread. We have a small window of opportunity to “flatten the curve” and not overwhelm our health care system and health care providers. We have agreed as a team to close our doors to do our part and take care of our members and community in Edmonton.

With the decision to close ours doors, we are working hard towards providing you a way to stay active, workout and unwind during these stressful times. We have officially released our F.R.E.E. Fitness Online Academy to provide you with free home workouts. All workouts are free of charge.

During our 4 years, we have hosted countless fundraisers, free workouts and and workshops. We have raised close to $70,000 dollars for local Edmonton Charities. We were awarded the 2018 "Best Community Supporter" by YEG Fitness Magazine for our dedication to our community.

This will be the first time ever we will be accepting donations that will benefit our team of trainers. We will continue our "Pay How You Feel" model for all donations. The total will be split evenly among full time trainers at F.R.E.E. Fitness to help us get by during this time.

More so than ever, let's come together spiritually and demonstrate the importance of community so that we can continue to move forward.
