In July of 2019 my youngest son was 2 months old.I as a single mother at the time needed to return to work to pay for the Bill's for me and my children to keep a roof over our heads .I instrusted in a woman next door to 
me that I knew for over a year at that point to watch my children while I went to work for a few hours.She watched her 3 grandchildren all of the time and they were well taken care of so I had no worries in mind. A few weeks after she started watching my children on July 31st I went to work like any other day and came home.When returning home I found out that my youngest endured an accident while I was working .She told me she had my 2 month old on my oldest sons bed and she was changing him ,then my oldest began to jump on the bed where she proceeded to tell him to stop and he did not and he jumped on top of my infant .. (in my mind my first reaction would be to pick the infant up while a toddler is jumping on the bed) at the point of me returning home my youngest son seemed fine he was sleeping peacefully in his chair and he had a bruise under his eye .She told me he has been fine eating ,drinking and sleeping like normal. (I was a little upset at this time I wasn't contacted when the incident happened) I belive accidents happen and my son was fine .later on that night I brought my children to my mothers house while me and there father went fishing my youngest was a little fussy but he was more clingy then anything and I thought nothing of it .At my mothers there were 2 other adults there and one which was a CNA.My mother noticed he wanted to be held the whole time he was there but nothing seemed alarming. We then picked up the boys and went home and we put our oldest to bed and played down ourselves .Throughout the night my youngest woke up multiple time he was 2 months old and as we all know they do that .Every time I picked him up he cried not screaming but just a slight whimpering cry and I thought nothing of it he slept on my chest .The next morning I had my youngest on the bed and noticed he wasn't kicking his legs like he normally did and I instantly knew something was alarming I went on to message everyone I knew asking if this looked normal I began to tickle his one foot he wasn't moving and he would cry.. I called his pediatrician and they insisted to go straight to ER so I brought him right there.At the hospital we found out he had a broken left tibia he had to get a cast just for protection around the leg . And were met by a dcf worker who took statements from everyone including the baby sitter. The next day we had to go to the dcf office for the children to get examined they found small bruises on my youngests bottom and his back . They said they would need another full body exam done in a few weeks because sometimes you cannot see fractures or breaks until the bone starts to heal.so a few weeks later we returned and he found out my son also had a hairline fracture in his right arm.But it did not need attending to nor did he show any pain with that fracture in his arm.3 months later November 1st I was on my way to my children's daycare and there were cops at the daycare .. they then proceeded to tell me I couldnt see my children and they were being taken into dcf custody. DCF then told me they were taking my children for medical neglect that my son should of been in antagonizing pain that night and I ignored him as a mother.. since then we have gone through many long hoops dcf said they were not pressing charges and we went along with a case plan we are now almost completed with our case plan and have had a home study and are expecting the children to come home by the end of the month. But then I received a letter on Saturday June 7th stating the state is now pressing Felony charges on me for neglect of my child.This is so heart breaking to be so close and now so far away due to these charges I was told they will hold off on reunification with the children.. My whole life my goal was to raise children better then I ever was raised I would NEVER put then in harm's way or ignore them they are the reason I breath everyday I was born a mom and a great one at that and love my children with everything I have ... I am making this go fund me account to raise money for an atternoy to put this to rest once in for all to fight on my behalf and to seek justice over this situation because my children are worth it and so am I.My family has been put through so much pain and so many tears and has been ripped apart.Please anything helps I have never even gotten a speeding ticket .. and it's time to bring my babies home were they belong .
