Frank Loves Joan is ready to release a new album, entitled "About a Girl"... but Amelie is still in debt from her last album! Alas! Bother and Curses! Woe is me!
However, I have a proposition for you... This "Go Fund Me" Campaign acts as a pre-purchase of the 10-track album.
- A $20 donation will buy you a copy of the new album, "About a Girl".
- A $30 donation will buy you a copy of the new album, "About a Girl", plus a copy of the debut, self-titled album, OR an A3 poster of the album art (your choice!)
- A $40 donation will buy you a copy of the new album, "About a Girl", plus a copy of the debut, self-titled album, PLUS an A3 poster of the album art (still in the works - will be posted to the page soon!)
"What if I just want to donate at this stage (more or less than $20)?" You can certainly do this! Any amount is very helpful <3
All donations will also receive a hand-written "Thank You" letter with glitter and a drawing of one of my cats.
The $2800 will pay DiskEdits for mastering (about $900), and printing of 500 CDs (about $1900).
Ideally, it would be wonderful to have the funds raised by 1st June 2016... That would be RIDICULOUS.
I've never done one of these before so I don't know how successful it will be. I'm hoping for a miracle.
If the project does not go ahead, all funds will be refunded to the donors.
