Foster Family Fights Napa Fire

Donation protected
Will the Foster family believe in life after the Napa fire?  My name is Brian Sassaman and this is the story of one of my coworker at Travis Air Force Base.

The tragedy started Sunday night in the midst of the Napa wildfires. Matthew Foster's family sent out the text:   "The fire is burning all up Soda Canyon Road. It's bad! We had to leave in a matter of minutes. Have nothing but the shirts on our backs."

Matt, his wife Christian, and three little angels: twin-girls, Sofia and Bethany who are 5 years old, and little brother Colin, 3 years old, lost everything they owned when their house burned to the ground during the tragic wildfires that hit Napa earlier this week. Armed with nothing but PJs they were wearing and dog in tow, they were told to leave everything behind.

Matt is a nine-year veteran of the U.S. Army, with several deployments overseas. Currently, he continues his service at Travis Air Force Base as a key part of the "one team, one fight."

They need your help to raise from the ashes.  An initial target of $15,000 will help to provide the essentials for this beautiful family.

Thank you in advance for your kindness. We can only pray that none of us will have to endure the fear and devastation of having everything destroyed with nothing left but the memories we carry and each other.
