Foster Park LL Baseball Mural Fundraiser

Little League is ultimately about helping kids and making our community a better place. I hope we can use this as an opportunity to do both. It appears we have a lot of talented artists in the neighborhood and we should give them some positive direction. I would like to hold a contest for the local kids to create baseball mural that they can paint on our dugouts. A commission will be paid to the winner that paints the mural and any remaining proceeds raised will go to local school art departments. If you are interested in donating towards this project with time or a small donation please let me know. If you have any contacts in the community that would be able to help such as an art teacher at a local high school or artist please put them in touch with me.

One of the many great things about volunteering at this park is that whenever anything bad happens the community always makes sure we end up in a better place.
