Forest's Last Adventure

Forest is a 23 year old young man who has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. He is confined to a wheelchair and bed due to his disease.   We are raising money to help move him back to his home state of Oregon, so he can spend what time he has left closer to his Dad, Grandfather, and brothers and sisters.
  Ideally, we would like to fly him there, but if that is not possible, we will drive him cross-country in his van.   We are planning on starting this trip on 30 June 2019.  Funds will be used for transportation expenses and hotel accommodations during travel.
