Hi, My name is LaToya Boomer. I am fundraising for the care of my brother Randy. On June 19th 2022 in New Haven, CT my brother was arrested at an annual block party. His neck was broken while in police custody, and was not given immediate medical treatment. Due to his injuries, he's currently in ICU. He's currently paralyzed from the chest down, on a ventilator, and a feeding tube. Also he has very little movement in his left arm. This tragedy has left my family broken.
