For the Benefit of Linda Gettle

FOR THE BENEFIT OF LINDA GETTLE

Fortunately our dear friend and colleague, Linda Gettle, had left her home in Cartersville and started her morning mediating, miles away.  Sometime after she left, she learned, to her horror, that her house had exploded.  Why is not yet certain, but it sounds like a gas main blast.  It wiped out her house and took with it most of her beloved dog and cat animal rescues, all of her possessions, all of her everything.  It did not take her soul; it did not take her faith; it did not deprive her of the love of all of us who know her so well, respect her, and turn to her for comfort.  My friends, now it is our turn to open our hearts to Linda for comfort, food, housing, clothing, whatever she needs.  She is too proud to ask, but I know her desperation and feelings of hopelessness.  Please pledge what you can to help Linda Gettle in this devastating time.
