Hi our beautiful grandson Edward lost his fight on the 22/02/2023 . He has been fighting since he was 3 and half years old, with brain tumours, he had pilomyxoid astrocytoma grade 2 , he had numerous chemotherapy, he took it all in his stride never complained about anything at all , he was the most amazing boy you could ever meet. He had chemo from 12 December 2013 , and that went on till January 2021 , he had loads of problems with anxiety he stressed about everything and didn’t need to bless him , he was also partially sighted, lost his sight in his right eye ️, he missed so much school due to being so ill , then in 2020 he started to get fluid on the brain and needed a shunt , since having the shunt he needed it fixing 4 times , then in January 2023 he needed a bone marrow biopsy on the 18th of January, he went home then the 19th January we was called back to the hospital to say he had AML leukaemia , he had to have a double line put in , and started treatment pretty straight away , the treatment was absolutely horrible, caused all kinds of problems including filling with fluid and liver problems, where was building blood clots on , he was very very poorly , then we are absolutely devastated that he lost his fight on the 22nd of February at 9am , our hearts are broken , and we want to give Edward the send off he absolutely deserves , he was 12 years old , and absolutely touched so many hearts , he was one of a kind , and never ever should of happened to him, He was amazing fighter and fought right to the end , everybody loved him, who met him , please if you can help Edward get the send off he deserves ❤️
