Hi, my name is Deb and and I’m organizing this fundraiser for Jennifer Adams Dittman.

If you know Jenn, you know she’s more than just the Best Bartender in Fayette County 2025—though she certainly earned that title! Jenn is welcoming, hardworking, straight-shooting, an animal lover, a chicken wrangler, and the heart of Joe’s in Fayetteville. For many of us, she’s not only the highlight of a night out, but a true friend and one of the people who make our little town feel like home.

This week, Jenn faced an unexpected and life-threatening medical emergency. She underwent urgent surgery for a severe herniated disc in her neck, something that could not wait. While her health insurance will cover much of the medical side, Jenn will be out of work for quite some time as she recovers—and that’s where she needs her friends and community.

Jenn is outgoing, but also proud, and private—she would never ask for help herself. But those who love her know how much she gives every day and how much she means to us. Any contribution you can make—big or small—will help ease the burden while she heals. Let’s rally around Jenn the way she has always been there for us.
