Food for Maria Relief on St Croix

I'm hosting this site on behalf of our dear friends Ana Gutierrez-Wittmann,  Integrative Nutrition Health Coach  and former owner of Ana’s Living Food Truck and Niki von Schilling, Plant Based Nutritionist and Chef,  who are working with our friends at Plessen Healthcare to fund a soup kitchen to feed and nourish the St. Croix survivors of Hurricane Maria with vegetarian wholesome soups for those in need.

For many households there is no power, refrigeration or running water. Some have been left without income and can not afford a wholesome home-cooked meal.

Both Ana and  Niki are strong believers  in “Let thy food be thy medicine”. Especially in these challenging times, we need not only fuel for survival, but nutritional whole foods that provide energy, strength, stamina and mental stability to face the many hurdles in the months to come. 

We will be provide a free healthy meal, starting once a week to 100 people, as long as we will be supported.

Plessen Healthcare is offering soup and bread, which will be served at their a HEALTH RECOVERY FAIR on October 14th from 9am to 4pm for a donation to be added to this cause.  Come out,  support and help!
