Food for Immigrants Without Work
Donation protected
It came to my attention that my community, the immigrant community from our church, Saint Charles Borromeo in Bridgeport, CT has been asking Father Ivan for help. They are running out of food. So among family and friends, we decided to help. We raised money and bought non-perishable food to distribute, but it was not enough. Father Ivan knows exactly who needs help the most. The problem is a large portion of this community won’t be able to go back to work anytime soon because of the impact Covid-19 has had on businesses. They need help so that they can support their families. We will use the money raised to buy food like pasta, rice, and beans for the immigrant community. The support for this project would mean the absolute most to me and my community because they will have food to eat. Every week we will post photos right here of the food your money is buying for families in need. I hope your generosity will make you feel as happy as it makes the people who need it most.
