Food For All - Community Shop - Pay It Forward

We all know times are getting tough and we have opened our Community Shop to help our community to access low cost, high quality food. It costs £4 to shop with us, which helps cover the cost of any food purchases we make (most is surplus or donated food but we sometimes purchase items we are short of) and also pays the utility bills for the Old School House. Our £4 shop gives everyone weekly access to around £20 worth of food, including plenty of fresh fruit and veg. This could be the difference between families eating or heating.

Whilst we would love to cover the costs for those that need it most, we also need to make sure that we can sustain the project and support the whole of our community long term. So with this in mind, we are launching our Pay-It-Forward campaign - Food For All. If you can afford to donate £4 (or more) to our fund, this will cover a weekly shop for someone to take the strain off their home budgeting.
