Help Lola Recover from Emergency Surgery

It seems like this past month has been a neverending cycle of bad news for us. Most people that know us know that we lost Lola's sister, Mia, unexpectedly at the beginning of the month. She was only 2 years old. It is something we are all still recovering from, including Lola. Unfortunately the bad news doesn't end there. On June 26th, in the afternoon, Lola ended up consuming a part of a toy that got stuck in her small intestines. We rushed her to the closest veterinary hospital and they got her into surgery almost immediately. Her doctor was super professional and was able to remove the foreign body with a single incision. We are so thankful that everything turned out ok.

The worst part of all of this is the bill for her surgery. We are not the kind of people to normally ask for money, but truthfully this kind of debt really sets us back. At the end of the day we would do anything for Lola because she has given us so much joy and happiness over the last 5 years. So, if you are able to contribute any amount to this fun we are eternally grateful.
