Dads Matter

This is my son, Toree and his boys. Due to no representation last year in family court, his ex got everything SHE wanted, and of course, the best interest of the boys didn't matter. My son can only see his boys 2 weekends a month, and pays over $1420/ month in child support. Which is over half his wages. It has been approved by the AG to have his support reviewed due to the amount is inappropriate and too high, but we've been waiting for over 6 months for that review.  We are trying to raise funds so he can retain a good lawyer and have his custody and child support case modified. He is only wanting to change it to what is fair. Texas standard at least for visitation and Texas guidelines for support order. We have tried to come to a verbal agreement with the mother, but she refuses. In the past 2 years my son went from a hands on dad to the children being kept from him for a year until court, to the 2 weekends a month. She won't let the boys call him in between the weekends, and within one year she has moved in with another man, had another baby and she doesn't work. 3 kids under 4..and is making the boys call her new boyfriend Daddy.  She also will not let ANY of our family see the boys unless it's on my son's time.  We have a strong case for parental alienation, my son just needs help to get a lawyer to help him fight for what's right and what is in the best interest of the children.
