Manuel Needs A Leg

Hello friends,

We need your help to help a my cousin get treated at a hospital here in the us. uu.
This is Héctor Manuel Duarte. He is a child of 16 years of Magdalena de akino, Mexico who unfortunately lost part of his right leg and foot in a very unfortunate accident when he was only 1 years 10 months. He and his mother (pregnant at the time) were across the street when they were hit by a bus, the right leg of Manuel came under the bus, which caused the loss of part of his right leg and foot.

Manuel has been treated since June 2008 at Shriners Hospital Los Angeles with success, however, has not been able to come to your doctors appointment since Diciembre. His mother Ruth Duarte, is a single mother of 5 children, is having serious economic difficulties to take Manuel to the hospital in Los Angeles. 

Ruth and her children (including Manuel) work very hard making tortillas to sell.  These labor financed the family expenses and travel to Los Angeles from Mexico. But that was not possible at this point.

Now, and unfortunately, the prosthesis of Manuel broke and is causing a lot of pain. MOM is doing everything possible to make and sell more tortillas to finance much-needed visits to the specialist here in it, but it has not been possible. Desperate to help her son, she is aproaching her family and friends to assist her.

The Shriners Hospital cares for your medical condition, which is wonderful, however their costs of travel, stay, food, transportation, etc. Should be covered by the family. His mother, Ruth is ready to give you any information about the hospital and the doctors, including the medical record number, the name of doctors, the phone number of the hospital where you can call and ask capp Department to learn more about your state.

Necesitamos tu ayuda para ayudar a mi primo que vive fuera del país para que sea tratado en un hospital aquí en ee. uu.
Este es Héctor Manuel Duarte. Él es un niño de 16 años de Magdalena de akino, México que lamentablemente perdió parte de su pierna derecha y pie en un accidente muy desafortunado cuando tenía sólo 1 años de 10 meses. Él y su madre (embarazadas en ese momento) estaban cruzando la calle cuando fueron golpeó por un autobús, la pierna derecha de Manuel terminó bajo el autobús, lo que causó la pérdida de parte de su pierna derecha y pie.

Manuel ha sido tratado desde junio de 2008 en Shriners Hospital Los Angeles con éxito, sin embargo, no ha podido venir a su cita de doctores desde el pasado Diciembre.Su madre es una madre soltera de 5 hijos, está teniendo serias dificultades económicas para llevar a Manuel al hospital aquí en Los Angeles.

Ella y sus hijos (incluidos Manuel) trabajan muy duro haciendo tortillas de harina a la venta y de esta manera se financian los gastos familiares y los viajes a los ángeles desde México. Pero eso no ha sido posible.
Ahora, y desafortunadamente, la prótesis de Manuel se rompió y le está causando mucho dolor. Mamá está haciendo todo lo posible para hacer y vender más tortillas para financiar la visita muy necesaria al especialista aquí en la, pero no ha sido posible.

Desesperada por ayudar a su hijo  busca ayuda con familiares y amigos para poder a llevar a su hijo a su cita de Doctor.

El Hospital de Shriners cuida su condición médica, lo cual es maravilloso, sin embargo sus gastos de viaje, alimentos, transporte, estancia, etc. Debe estar cubierto por la familia.

Su Madre, Ruth está dispuesta a darle cualquier información sobre el hospital y los médicos, incluyendo el número de registro médico, el nombre de los médicos, el número de teléfono del hospital donde puede llamar y pedir el departamento de capp para averiguar más sobre su estado.

Amigos porfavor les pedimos de su grata ayuda. Antemano muchas gracias por su apoyo. Esperamos tener la manera de ayudar a este chico para que pueda ir a ver a su especialista y curar su dolorosa situación.
