Lawyer fees to fight for my daughters case

I am asking for help in order to help me lay the lawyer expenses for my daughter's case.

I will tell the story as follows:

On May 20th 2021, I received a call from my daughter's mom saying my daughter was behaving bad. I told her that as soon as I was done hiking, I would head over and speak to my daughter. Once I spoke to my daughter about her behavior ( she only misbehaves at her mom's), she asked me if I can talk to her privately away from her mom. I said yes and proceeded to take her a few yards away. She started crying and shaking and told me if I knew her mom's boyfriend/husband Jorge,I said yes. She said that he raped her months ago and that he threatened her and said he'll hurt her brother. This rapist , Jorge, is 52 years old and her mother is 30 years old. My daughter is 10 years old!! My daughter told her mom and she didn't believe her and said my daughter was lying. My ex has indoor security cameras that somehow got "erased". Once I found out, I asked my daughter if she knew what she was saying, she said yes. I told her to go to my car and that she won't be going to her mom's anytime soon. I confronted her mom and said that my daughter was lying and the she saw the video but they got "erased". She said her grandma was there and that we can go to talk to her, I said okay, and said to go that instant. He mother said, no, that she had to do errands. I said ok, she left, and I called the cops immediately. They took a report down and the detective followed up. The detective believes her and says that everything that she says is not only bad but also consistent with that these perpetrators do. Sadly, any evidence we could have gotten is long gone by now and the only thing we had going was the perp to sit down and take a polygraph, which he denied. The DA won't press charges because of insufficient evidence. DCFS, investigated and closed the case because of insufficient evidence. My rebuttal to DCFS was of they are willing to take that risk ,( think of the most extreme case of Gabriel Fernandez), or if they have it see that rapist do it again in person for them to believe. How is it possible for the mother and her family to withhold this and not report this for more than 6 -8 months, and not get any punishment. How is it possible that this system , which say they care about woman and kids, are so irresponsible. I'm asking , as much as it hurts my ego to ask for money, to hell me out with my lawyer expenses. Luckily, an outside organization, is laying for all the therapy for my daughter, and it's sad of everything I'm finding out that happened to her. The bad part is that for all the legal things with lawyer's, we have to lay out of pocket. For the retraining order against the rapist it got all over but it cost me all in all 3600. For the change of custody order it'll be 2100 and for a restraining order against her mother , it'll be another 3600. I have used my savings but need more. My ego hurts and I do feel shamed but it's not for me, I need this for my daughter. She doesn't want to go back and I will not let it happen.
